Alzheimer's Network of Oregon offers two grants each year:
Make a Memory Grant- The Make a Memory Grant is a $500 award given to two individuals who have been diagnosed with dementia and their families, allowing them to do something fun together.
Honoring a Caregiver Grant- The Honoring a Caregiver Grant is a new grant that AlzNet is offering. This grant will be awarded to nominate a caregiver (i.e., spouse, child, or paid caregiver) of someone diagnosed with dementia to receive $500. This is intended to give them a break, whether it's covering for another person, taking a spa day, or engaging in another activity that's for their benefit.
Grant applications close on October 14, 2025, at 5:00 pm
The Alzheimer's Network of Oregon is a nonprofit network of experienced volunteers offering support and resources to persons with memory loss, their families and caregivers through the Memory Café.
