The Alzheimer's Network of Oregon offers two grants worth up to $500 (each) to two individuals who have been diagnosed with dementia and their families to be able to do something fun together. The caregiver will request a particular activity describing the desired activity and why it is important to them. This may be a “fun activity” for caregiver
and/or loved one such as lunch, picnic, day at Oregon Gardens or the Coast or something like
coordinating a respite day for a caregiver.
The application is below.
Important Information: Grant closes November 8, 2024, and the winners will be announced November 22, 2024. The grants are entirely at the Boards discretion. By submitting this application, you agree that everything is accurate. By accepting the grant, you agree to provide Alzheimer’s Network of Oregon with some pictures of your activity and a short description of the activity that we can post on our website.
